Gluten Free Granola

Eating Granola when you need to be gluten free can be tricky. When first learning about how to eat, one thing people don’t know is that you must make sure you eat Certified Gluten Free Oats. Udi’s makes some really good granola. I haven’t tried

Lately I’m a huge fan of the Kind brand of gluten free granola bars. They also make granola, but I haven’t tried it yet.

The Peanut Butter are my favorite:

These are also good as well.

Some people with Celiac disease cannot tolerate oats at all even if they are certified gluten free.  So listen to your body when you do eat them and don’t over do it the first few times!  I personally can eat granola and granola bars that are certified gluten free.  However, if I eat too many gluten free oats in general, I do have digestive problems.
